    Like most people I went car shopping to test drive and just look around! Well that changed when I met Tim on Saturday and also saw an old family friend Semir, the manager of Quirk Kia. Within hours I was driving out of there with a new Kia Sportage that I’m in love with. I’m also in love with my payment that fits perfect into my budget. These guys gave me all my options and let me make the decision without pressure. I want to thank you Tim Hogan for meeting me at the door that day and selling me this wonderful vehicle. It was meant to be 😁. And a big Thank you to Semir for working the deal and honoring your friendship with Scott. I can’t wait to have a car relationship with you for years to come Quirk Kia!!!     Ok , got to tell ya . This place is awesome . I'm 63 years old and I really don't remember how many new cars I have owned in my life . Plus all the cars for my wife and my children . My wife said you need a new car . No there's nothing wrong with my rust bucket over 130,000 miles , so I looked on there web sight . Saw the car I like , and did the pre credit last night around 1:00 am . 9:00 I get a call , we saw your order this morning and was wondering if I wanted to come down for a test drive . So off we went to drive it . On the way down I'm thinking dam it's been awhile since I had to deal with a sales person . Last time was really not good at a different dealership . Walked in and right away everything was very laid back no sales pitch . The car that we wanted was in the back show room behind a bunch of cars . So the sales person said we got the exact car with the same options in the lot just a different vin . Do you mind test driving that one ,So we agreed . The car was perfect , really like it . So buy the time we got back he had all the figures of what he could give us for my old truck . I really was surprised how much they gave me , first star . Then he asked me if I am a vet. Nice discount .. Star 2 . Plus the rebate. Star 3 . Then he said you know the one that you just test drove , has rear view camera and the one in the show room didn't . So she said she could give it to me at the same price . Star 4 . Then he showed me the monthly payment , and I said I only want my monthly payment to be under a certain amount and he made it happen . I have never in my life been so relaxed to buy a car , unbelievable . Bought the Kia Soul . Star 5 . Thank so much for such a hassle free experance. So I give Kia Manchester a 6 star review , even thou there are only 5 stars on the chart .

    The only 2 times we left a car dealership with exactly the car and price range we went in wanting was with David McCarthy as our sales associate. Our experience was quick, professional and dare I say enjoyable. DAVE handled everything from taking our plates off our trade in to paring our phones in the new car.     Our salesman was Kevin Johnson. He was so incredibly friendly and kind from the very get-go. I truly felt like he was there for us. Kevin walked us through everything on the vehicle we were interested in. I never felt rushed. He explained all the financing options and worked with us to drive home in our new vehicle that day!     Have always had awesome experiences with many sales professionals at this specific Kia dealer. Recently, my wife, daughter, and I worked with Morgan who was a solid professional. All she cared about was getting us everything we wanted, and pulling in the right decision maker to hit the price points. Matt was who she called in, another great guy who had just financed me for an 18’ optima S. Great crew- they truly believe in customer service, and they will do everything in their power to make a deal. I will refer friends and family to Morgan. The interest rate I got is surprisingly low even though it’s my first car loan ever. This was arranged by the dealership’s awesome financial staff. All the sales staff were low pressure and very helpful. I’ll definitely be going back again someday!

    I went in for a test drive this morning, and I just got home with my new car! And the best news is that even though it happened in one day, I didn't feel pressured once.

    As my first car-buying experience, I was a little nervous when I went in for my test drive and the car I had wanted (which had disappeared from the website) was no longer there. I was a little suspicious. However, David quickly turned everything around.

    Rather than pressuring me into a more expensive or completely different make/model (which I had heard was a common tactic), he listened to my ideas and was forthcoming about what was available. He showed me a number of comparable possibilities and, most importantly, we worked together in order to find a car that worked for me to test drive.

    Go figure, I ended up falling in love with the car (which was just the sedan version of the hatchback I was initially interested in). David worked with me, again, and with the help of Semir, we were able to match my desired price point exactly, all still without them being condescending or pressuring me.

    Honestly, the whole process was so pleasant that I ended up cancelling my other two test drives for the day.

    David's no-nonsense, down-to-earth attitude made the whole process actually enjoyable. I anticipated a stressful, combative, pressure-filled nightmare (as I had heard car buying would be), but I left with a smile on my face that has still not gone away.

    I love my new car and would go back in a heartbeat.

    My experience on Feb.17th was beyond any like before.Not only were we greeted at the door and asked how they could help us, but they really listened to what we asked of them. Our salesman,Kevin Johnson understood we were car shopping on Presidents’ Day weekend and that we just wanted to get a few quotes, a test drive and some knowledge of 2 and 3year mortgage on the KIA’s and never tried to push me into anything. I told him my budget and he worked very hard to get the monthly payment where I needed it to be and did that . When he OK the amount with his manager we asked him if they could honor that price all weekend , knowing he was our first stop and we wanted to look at other models before we chose a car. Next thing we know his manager came over and asked us if he sweetened the deal can we make a deal? We explained our mission and he said just want to give you something to think about. The manager, Samir Hasanovic proceeded to do just that. My daughter and I were left alone so we could discuss this wonderful offer. Knowing I really wanted to shop around before I made a big decision she called Semir back to ask him if he could honor this offer and they stared for minutes and he cracked a huge smile and said yes. Never have I met more understanding sales people in my 65 years and truly appreciated their professionalism in their job. Together they did not push but really wanted to make the sale but honored our request. Although I chose another deal... I needed to write this review because I was very impressed with these two employees and KIA should be proud...

    As of right now, it is the only thing I own without dog hair! That will no doubt change in the near future!
    I really loved my 2011 Kia Sorento and have been looking for several months to upgrade. The dogs are always our #1 priority and having those adorable little babies to play with left me no time for car shopping. Thank you Ashley Lovell, Internet Sales, for your continued communication over the last few months! It was instrumental in being able to go in today, knowing exactly what I wanted! And to Tim Hogan, Sales and Leasing Consultant, for making this the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! From bringing out the one vehicle, in the color I wanted and the options I was looking for...and keeping me within my budget!
